Very good company to work on investment properties. Their quality is very good and they have done numerous types of electrical work for me. This includes new circuits, new lights, new circuit paneles, new outlets. The owner is willing to answer questions on projects. I have also used them on my property management business with a condominium association and they were very professional on that project.

He was professional and on time. The job he did was a little pricey. He fixed a few small problems, but the bigger problem still remained. I don't think he really recognized the problem.

"We did recognize the issue and checked for the most obvious and easy repair that could be causing the problem as there are many different possibilities and this type of troubleshooting can be time consuming and costly if not done strategically, the electrician did find some issues at the service meter which had unbalanced voltages of 130 volts and 114 volts as well as a loose grounded conductor which he tightened, the unbalanced loads were better after he tightened the connections but were still unbalanced and needed to be checked by the utility company which is done with no cost to the client which we thought would be in her best interest to persue. The Client was pleasant and cordial however it is very difficult to explain the electrical troubleshooting process to a lay person so i believe there was just a communication problem of some kind and if it was due to anything on our part that we coukld have expressed differently we do apologize,we never receieved a call for further explaination from the client. Our prices are very competitive with other Licensed and insured electricians in the area however the economy of late has created many unemployed electricians looking for work and doing side jobs at a much lesser cost whether or not they are insured or licensed is not always known. Again we apologize for any misunderstanding but have responded to many calls of this type with the source being from the Electric supplier themseleves. We strive for perfection and complete customer satisfaction that is why we took the time to make this response."

We noticed a burning smell and the main circuit breaker to the house was hot to the touch. We called several companies, but Electrical Concepts was the only one who could respond immediately. They told us they would be there within the hour and they were. They performed the work in a professional manner. Due to a mathematical error we overpaid and they noticed the error and mailed us a check for the difference. Our only complaint is that they had to leave to pick up a part and due to traffic this took a long time and resulted in a higher labor charge.

I don't remember the cost, but I do think that they charge an hourly rate and they do very good work. I have used them before and there were no surprises that came up.

MARK WAS ON-TIME & PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. ALSO, A VERY FRIENDLY GUY.
