A recent storm blew the fascia off my house. It wasn't part of the work that they originally did so I called local companies I found on Angies List and they all wanted to charge around $300 or more. My insurance adjuster who came out said it should cost $200-$300 or less but one company from Angies list wanted to charge for everything, even $100 extra for bringing a ladder! That company's quote was over $1000. I knew that didn't sound right.
So, I called Disaster Recovery since they did such a fantastic job with my siding. They sent two men for the job. They sent a ladder in the truck ;). They worked for a couple of hours and it was a great job. And guess what- because I was a customer they considered this part of the warranty even though they never originally even installed fascia. So, they didn't charge me for the work.
Next time I need remodeling (which will eventually be my kitchen) I will definitely call them to get a quote. Their prices were good when I had the work done a year ago. And I've been very pleased with their work on both jobs.
"Thank you so much for the kind words. Quality, customer service, and communication are top priority for our company. It was a pleasure working with you [member name removed]! Please call us if you ever need anything in the future."
