We had a fire on the 4th of July so they are a construction company and they were coming out because we had a need to rebuild. The fire was caused by an error by the person who was refinishing the floors. The drum sander caught a fire. The fireman and our insurance company recommended some people to us, but we wanted to have our own independent person to come and do the clean up. They came out just yesterday and we are still working on it. I will be using them for the work.

They did a wonderful job when they installed new siding and a new roof a year ago so I decided to call them for this job. Back then I didn't have the fascia replaced. A recent storm blew the fascia off my house. It wasn't part of the work that they originally did so I called local companies I found on Angies List and they all wanted to charge around $300 or more. My insurance adjuster who came out said it should cost $200-$300 or less but one company from Angies list wanted to charge for everything, even $100 extra for bringing a ladder! That company's quote was over $1000. I knew that didn't sound right. So, I called Disaster Recovery since they did such a fantastic job with my siding. They sent two men for the job. They sent a ladder in the truck ;). They worked for a couple of hours and it was a great job. And guess what- because I was a customer they considered this part of the warranty even though they never originally even installed fascia. So, they didn't charge me for the work. Next time I need remodeling (which will eventually be my kitchen) I will definitely call them to get a quote. Their prices were good when I had the work done a year ago. And I've been very pleased with their work on both jobs.

They finished the roof very quickly and did a great job. The siding took longer because of the shape of my house required more time than they expected, but they kept me informed about the delay.
