The owner was extremely responsive to my question from the first day (response in minutes via email) to the day the actual service was performed.   A company with good old fashion customer service at a very reasonable price.   Citadel has replied so quickly to each and every email, they have great customer skills, and technical capabilities.   Beyond courteous.......I would highly recommend this company to anyone.   Great service, an awesome experience!!

Exchanged emails over the weekend and a technician arrived at 8:30 am on Monday morning. Work was completed within about an hour. The technician informed me of progress and what exactly he was doing and how long it would take. He did a quick, efficient job.

Utmost professional from initial phone call to handing over my new set of keys. I was very comfortable allowing Mike into my home. He comes in a Citadel-marked vehicle, wearing a uniform and is not some random call center dispatched sub-contractor with no commercial vehicle, no id and in street clothes. Mike was able to re-key all four locks (locks I did not have the keys for) on the same key. I had been told by a previous locksmith, it was not possible to re-key them and it would cost me a minimum $400 to change the locks and they would not all be keyed the same. Mike was not only able to re-key all the locks the same but for less that any other quote I found.

They were very good. The staff was very friendly and nice. They had to make three special trips for me because of the type of lock.
