Quick and easy, did exactly what we asked for, didn't panic when things didn't go perfectly (the door in the garage stuck closed and couldn't be opened, therefore the lock couldn't be changed, but it didn't matter....), and cleaned up after himself before he left. All in all, it went as well as could be expected.

They were very helpful. The gentleman that I spoke with was prompt, punctual, and communicative. I needed to change my appointment couple of times and they were very flexible about that.

After buying my home I needed the entry door locks changed right away, wanted to add deadbolts and rekey a couple of other locks. I was relieved to find a nearby locksmith that could do this work the very next day. Citadel Lock & Security sent Josh out to do the work and he did a great job. I asked him if he knew of a good local company that could replace my entry doors when I decided to do that and he mentioned that Citadel Lock can do that as well. I was also surprised when Citadel called me a few days later to tell me they discovered they had accidentally overcharged me on an item, and promptly mailed me a check for it. It was a small amount, but I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
