In addition to some nasty bad cuts they won't fix. Our renovation mortgage refinance was paying for the job BMF knew this from day 1. Owner knew we hadn't closed and opted to go against his own contract and complete the work. He's not new to this business.. he should know that closing on anything from new loan or refinance is not a set time. He should also, already be WELL aware that banks are fast to give away money. Circumstances outside of MY control delayed his payment. I received several unprofessional comments from his office. Several sarcastic and crude comments to my husband and I from the owner. Owner spoke to a family member of ours in regards to the situation which was completely inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. He tried to bully us to pay him directly, knowing if we did the bank would pay him AGAIN. That's poor business practice and deplorable behavior.
