He called within the window, let us know he was coming. He then called us a second time, letting us know he was on his way but slowed down by a traffic accident.
He removed our toilet, put the camera down the drain pipe, broke up a small clog, and then determined the cause of our ongoing backup issue - a screw through the pipe!
He followed the pipe trail and showed us where he estimated the issue to be. He said that his company does not cut into drywall, but would be happy to come back and replace the section of pipe once visible - he estimated the cost of that to be $250, and that it would take a couple hours. He showed us the screw on the camera, explained what he would do to fix it, and was very pleasant to work with.
He charged $125 for the camera and $49 for the service call.
We will absolutely use Aquaduct Plumbing Services again in the future - Jason and his company are great!!
Yesterday I had the misfortune of experiencing my bathroom
toilet rocking and rolling with the slightest touch. It appeared that
the flange holding down the toilet to the floor had broken from
years of stress. Fortunately, I recently joined Angie? List and found
a great plumber.
I was impressed with the quality of the service and know how that
Aquaduct offered. Their office staff were courteous and concise in
proposing a schedule for a service call and their Plumber/Partner,
Jason Kapus, was helpful in explaining each aspect of the needed repair.
This type of communication promotes relief of stress for the customer
who is facing unknown repairs and costs.
The work performed was fist rate and professional in every way.
I myself have been in business for years and appreciate being
treated as a valued customer. I admire people who take that extra
step to both relieve concern of the customer and follow through
with quality work that shows. To me, that is good business and is
true value!

My 13 year old hot water heater was making a horrible noise whenever we turned on the a HW faucet. It was time to replace IT. I called Aquaduct about a week ago and spoke with Vanessa. She is awesome on the phone and explained that someone would need to stop by and take a look at at our situation and quote a price. I explained there was no emergency; but Vanessa explained that Jason would be out the next day to quote a price.
The next day, Jason showed up on time and reviewed my situation. It was time to replace the GE. He quoted me $855.00 for a Bradford White heater including installation and a 6 year warranty.
I entertained 2 other quotes . Jason's price was in the middle. I chose Aquaduct because of the professionalism that Jason and Vanessa showed. These 2 are without a doubt the best in terms of doing what they say they are going to do. They deliver!!
This morning Jason came out and installed the new hot water heater. It took him about 2 hours. He patiently told me what he was going to do, and afterwards asked if I had any questions. He showed me how to light the pilot light and take care of the water heater.
He cleaned up the area; probably cleaner than it was and left.
