"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for bringing your frustrations to our attention. We do not advertise we are a 24/7 company on other platforms. Unfortunately, our Angie list hours have been outdated. We immediately updated our hours so there is no further confusion. According to our records your appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm. You called at 12:02 to ask where the plumber was for your 10-12pm appointment. However, there was no indication of you having a 10-12pm appointment in our system. After discussing the correct appointment time 12-2pm you stated that you were willing to wait. At 1:30pm our office called you to inform you that we are running behind schedule due to emergency at a nursing hospice center with no running water. Due to the severity of the situation of this call, we could not prevent the time it took that overlapped into your appointment with all our crew onsite. We did give you options to reschedule. Our phone records indicated that at 2:55 pm you called and cancelled your appointment via voicemail. We apologize for inconveniencing you. Thank you, Aquaduct Plumbing Service"

My 13 year old hot water heater was making a horrible noise whenever we turned on the a HW faucet. It was time to replace IT. I called Aquaduct about a week ago and spoke with Vanessa. She is awesome on the phone and explained that someone would need to stop by and take a look at at our situation and quote a price. I explained there was no emergency; but Vanessa explained that Jason would be out the next day to quote a price.
The next day, Jason showed up on time and reviewed my situation. It was time to replace the GE. He quoted me $855.00 for a Bradford White heater including installation and a 6 year warranty.
I entertained 2 other quotes . Jason's price was in the middle. I chose Aquaduct because of the professionalism that Jason and Vanessa showed. These 2 are without a doubt the best in terms of doing what they say they are going to do. They deliver!!
This morning Jason came out and installed the new hot water heater. It took him about 2 hours. He patiently told me what he was going to do, and afterwards asked if I had any questions. He showed me how to light the pilot light and take care of the water heater.
He cleaned up the area; probably cleaner than it was and left.
