Description of Work: My wife and I were attempting to re-finance ou thoem loan, and the mortgage company hired Appraisal Services of Oswego, and Kristien Hellberg, State License/Certification # 556003053 was the appraisor who came to the house. She spent less than 15 minutes at the house, and when we received the appraisal, she gave us a $3,500 screene din porch, when in fact it is a year round sun room worth over $25,000. Because she under valued the sun room, we received a very low value on ouir home, which made re-financing impossible.. We filed a complaint with the mortgage company, pointing our the value of the sun room, as well other homes that she could have used as comparables that she should have used, but she refused to raise the value.
