When I talked with Steve, he said he would be able to help me out but had two other stops, so it might be a bit. I said that's fine and he said he would call in a while. After only about 45 mins he called to let us know he was on his way and would be about 30 mins. After showing up and taking a look at the situation, he had to make a trip back to the shop for the right parts which, luckily, he had. After that, it was smooth sailing. Got everything installed, toilet back in place, and we were good to go!

It was all part of an insurance claim that I had to pursue. We had a leaky kitchen roof. The guy was here for a long time and did a lot of work to figure it out and at least put a band-aid stop on it until we could get the insurance company to step up. It seems like a lot of money, but it was an emergency visit, so the price was fair. Given what they had to do, their quality was an "A". I thought the guy was great. It's been good. It's been a good value and they're local. I like to try to support local as well; people who are in my home town. They cleaned up well. My communication and interaction during the repair was all fine. They were great. I've got no complaints.

The job went beautifully. They came same day I called and did a great job.

Both of them leaked through the floor. The one in my master BR on the 2nd floor leaked through my living room ceiling and the owner claimed it was a pipe that he replaced for more money. This was after one of his workers came out and reset the toilet. The next year I had them replace the toilet on the first floor. A few months later the hardwood floor around the toilet started discoloring and curling so they came out and reset it. Then when I was in the basement I noticed it had leaked through the floor. When I called the owner, Chad Andersen was very argumentative and refused to come out and look at the damage. It was obvious that he was not going to stand behind his company's work. Don't use this plumber - they won't stand behind their work.

This was the third time I have used Andersen Plumbing and they were great as always. Showed up exactly on time and finished the work in the time they said it would take.

The complete job took 2 hours which I consider quick since they had to adjust and install some new pipes. They left the work area spotless.

Oh my gosh!  If you EVER need a plumber, call Andersen Plumbing ASAP!  You will not be disappointed!  I called Chad Andersen on 5-18-2016 and explained my situation.  I told him I needed someone out as soon as he could schedule it.  He scheduled me for the very next day!  Nick and Mario arrived on time and knew exactly what to do!  The were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous!  Their work far surpassed any plumber I have used over the past 20 years!  I only wish I had known about Andersen Plumbing sooner!  They finished up the work even sooner than I had expected!  Their attention to detail and ensuring that everything was done to perfection was on point!  I can't say enough about Nick and Mario!  

Nick arrived on time and presented his card when he arrived.  He took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done (including lowering the drain) and also explained to me what the previous installer (big box store) did wrong 5 years ago when they replaced our sink.  He completed everything in under 2 hours with a reasonable price.  He cleaned up afterwards and everything looks and is functioning great.  We would definitely use Andersen again.

I called around 10 am and the plumber was over around noon and had called in advance to ask if he could come a little earlier than the 12:30 we had originally scheduled. He explained the corroded water lines, broken water supply handle, and leaky faucet were all due to the same underlying hard water problem. He fixed all the broken items in under an hour and we talked a little more about how a water softener might be a worthwhile investment to prevent future corrosion and damage to the plumbing.

It went well.  Very professional.  I originally had a minor issue with the sillcock after it was installed and they came right out and addressed the issue.  I plan on using them again for my plumbing needs.

It went very well. I was called prior to the visit and the work was done in a timely manner. I was charged $150. Decent price.

The plumber responded in a half hour to the service call and completed the work within an hour.  He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he explained our options clearly.  We were impressed by his professionalism and low cost.  We will definitely use their services again.

First of all, prompt return call. I had an emergency because the sump pump was spraying water all over my furnace room. The other plumber I called didn't"t get back to me until the end of the day. Second, he worked quickly and had time to take care of two non-emergency jobs for not much more cost.

Nick was fantastic.   It turned out that a previous job went quicker than expected and was able to come earlier than the appt time which was great.  He made both repairs, tested and then allowed me to test to confirm satisfaction.  The service was done within the 1hr quoted.  
I would not hesitate to call again or recommend Anderson in the future.  In fact, I have to relative who requires some work done that will be scheduling with Anderson in the near future.

I spent about $500. They left the work area clean and the workers were fairly prompt. They came out the next day.
