When I came back a few months later this April, they did as promised the tweaking and adding a new tail light (since it was broken at the purchase) and programming an extra key. They gave me a great deal for new brakes since they were pretty worn and fixed the roof where there was some leaking in the convertible top of my Eos. The service manager Neal was great at communicating things wrong with the car or what was fine I was concerned about.
I always hear scary things about car dealerships but they have changed my opinion of that. For being a female, and younger at that, they really have taken care of me and made sure everything works perfectly for my car. I appreciate everything they have done and the honesty and perks in between. I am very pleased and happy I purchased my car with Orland VW.

They treat their customers like royalty. They are really nice to customers. They have a free snacks and they do not bug you. They treat you very well. They are wonderful. They do what they are paid for.

My overall experience with them was wonderful. I love them. They have your car done when they say they will. They are a little pricey because it is a foreign car. I found out that when I didn't do the repairs that they suggested and I might have gotten it done cheaper someplace else that they were truthful in their evaluation of what the cars needed. They are trained in how to take care of Volkswagen cars. They are excellent. They are worth the price. They are the only ones I will use.
