Insurance Agencies
We had to go back three or four times because they always had our wrong address. They had us on a street that does not even exist. When the new survey came out, they wanted us to do their legwork for them. They should have been informed on the new FEMA laws and zones. The agent that we dealt with would only work on certain days. She was not responsive to our calls.
