Smokey'S Carpet Service

We have been dealing with Smokey's carpeting for over 30 years, in all our homes. This is a family owned business for over 60 years. The quality of the carpeting and padding, along with the professional installation have us coming back when the need arises. Since my husband and I have back issues, etc., the carpet installers were a tremendous help. they moved the dressers and furniture for us. They even put the bed back together for us when done. Donna and her brother came out with all types of samples after I placed a call to them. They carry a vast assortment of carpeting to meet all price ranges. Mark measured the rooms and they gave us a fair price for what we wanted done. Within a week we were notified that our carpeting was in and we were thrilled. Jim and his crew came in the Wed before Easter and they were wonderful. They did a great job and did not even take a lunch break until all the work was done. I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful they were. Within the same week, Mark called to see if we were pleased with the carpeting and the installation. The degree of follow-up speaks volumes for the customer service that is always part of their business. My suggestion to all is to contact Smokey's for all and any carpeting needs.
