He was excellent. We had no problems at all. We called because the roofers had put in a new fan in the attic and we found out later that they had just pulled the old one out so the wires were just hanging down so we lost power completely. We called them up and they came probably a few hours later. They were not the ones that caused the problem but they fixed that. Then we had them change the whole electric box downstairs.
