Gentleman named Jim came by and took care of a basic request on my electrical panel. He knocked out the request in 30 minutes and was pretty knowledgeable. One thing I wasn't happy about was the $300 charge. He was over at my house for literally 30 minutes and charged me $300! That comes out to $600 an hour.. That is deliberately ripping someone off. Hindsight he should have quoted me that or I should have asked. But I trusted that he would be fair and my trust was broken. My normal electrician charges $60 an hour and does real good work. But he was busy at the time. So if you don't mind getting blindsided with a big bill and want good service call this company.

Overall, they completed the job as promised withina timley manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Evern though they are on the pricy side they still do a superb job. Follow-up under warranty is still my concern. Will they res;pond in a timely manner? Again, I would recommend them for their workmenship and skill.

Prime Electric was very professional. They showed when they said they would, and performed the work that they said they would do. The pricing of all extras was agreed upon before starting work, and their communication, even after hours, was prompt and polite.

They were able to come out on the same day that I called, as it was my only day off. The pricing was very straight forward. Everything was itemized on the work order. The total I was quoted was the total I paid. I couldn't imagine dealing with a nicer company. They were very professional,courteous and neat. The job was finished in one day and I couldn't have been happier. I have another electrical job to be done and I will definitely call them.
