PM Quality Construction

PM Quality has finished two full apartment renovations for me and both have turned out fabulous. They are skills craftsman, courteous, super clean and respectful to the neighbors, on budget with good communication. Highly recommend them for any job you are concerning.

Pawel was personally involved and great - very hands-on and interested in getting the job done. They got the job done quickly in 4-5 days which included removal of the existing wood deck, substructure refurbishment and laying down the new Trex deck. They got the balcony done in a few hours too - so very quick and efficient and willing to start early and work late - despite some really hot days!

PM has done two other projects for us, both of which we were pleased with, so we naturally called them when we decided to replace the flooring. I talked to Michael Fredman on June 30, and we made an appointment for one of his workers to come on July 6 to discuss the project. But the worker never showed up. I called Michael and the worker after about 45 minutes and left messages, but they never responded. Too bad.

Excellent workmanship and communication throughout the project. After removing the old wood decking on our roof deck the team uncovered a minor issue (water trapped under the top surface) and were patient when we postponed completion of the project by a few weeks in order to hire a separate team of roofers to repair the issue. They also handled two pigeons they found under the boards and devised a custom solution to prevent future nesting while providing us access to the downspout scupper box for seasonal cleaning.

Very well. I get comments from neighbors on how well the new stairs look plus how well it was built. Much stronger than neighbor's stairs.

Paul showed up as promised with his crew. they worked through unseasonably cold weather and I am very happy with my new back porch. i would use him again in a hart beat fro a major project in my building

Pawl was very professional and asked exactly what was to be replaced. I told him not to touch the porch but only replace the stairs and storage area under the stairs. These old stairs are 8 feet wide and were made at a 45 degree angle. This steep grade made it scary to walk on during the winter. So I asked Pawl to change the pitch to make it safer to walk on. This change in extended the stairs by two feet. All the work was completed on time and I received many positive comments from neighbors and friends walking past my house on how well the new stairs look.

Pawel was excellent. He understood what we wanted to do, and had good ideas. He thought ahead, and told us the downstream impact of what we were requesting. He got into the details, and made sure everything was done correctly; he didn't take short cuts, he did it right the first time. He has excellent customer service skills and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We first wanted to use Pawel for the kitchen and bathroom update, and when saw his price, we expanded to include other parts of the house. We first used Pawel to install granite countertops in one of our rental apartments. My husband saw how detail oriented and responsive Pawel was, and let him bid on updating our house. I'm glad we did. He takes great pride in his work, and makes sure his associates working on the job do a complete job, too. We are very happy with Pawel, and will continue to use him.
