He kept saying he was going to come out and he never did. After my last voicemail he never returned my phone call.

I made my choice to work with him because he was willing to work with me. It was not a matter of him selling me more than I needed. He even advised me on things that he thought would be good choices. He knows his business, and he is very proud of his crew, which I also thought was good. He is just terrific.

When Jim started the job, someone was here every day until it was finished. It took about a week and a half. His worker was polite, skilled, and careful. Jim was here most of the time himself working with his worker but checked at the end of each day to be sure the work was going well and clean-up was done. Jim was personable and easy to work with.
