They're the dealer that I bought cars from. My car is under warranty, so they do it under warranty. It doesn't cost me anything. They provided excellent service. They had a car to take me home when it took a long time and I didn't want to wait. They're very polite and responsive.

The service went very well, the service advisor kept in touch with me regarding the vehicle status throughout the day, and all work was done promptly and efficiently.

We were satisfied. It seems like they get it done right so far.

The work done on Joe Rizza Ford of Orland Park was satisfactory, we had no problems with them.  Pretty much everything was done correctly.  We've dealt with them in the past. They were efficient they did the job that was expected. They took us right away and the following day the work was completed.

They are always friendly. They are always right on the ball. They diagnose correctly. They service quickly. They do not do any work without checking first with you. There are no negatives with them at all. They will take you quickly. You get in and out of there.

I had an excellent experience with them; from the general manger all the way down to the sales people. Excellent experience with the finance manager and excellent experience with the service department. Quite frankly, I was surprised at how excellent my experience was.

I had an ongoing noise with my Ford Focus since I bought it in 2008. I had brought it back continuously to Joe Rizza Ford for review and they had attempted to fix it on some occasions with no luck. The noise continued each time I reversed out of my driveway and it was starting to get louder. Then in May I was due for my regular oil change when I decided to mention it again to my service advisor along with some other issues. He agreed it would be best to take a ride with me to hear the noise for himself. So the morning of my oil change, he drove with me back to my house and allowed me to reverse my car in my own driveway so he could hear the awful noise himself.  Satisfied, he went back to Ford.
Later that day, I received a call from my advisor RON stating that they FINALLY figured out what the problem was. It was a bit tricky he stated as the techs had to put my car on two separate racks just to simulate the sound. But not only did he get the job done, they waived the repair even though my car was no longer in warranty because I had been dealing with this issue for so long.  I am pleased with Joe Rizza for fixing my car at no charge but I am even more pleased with my service advisor Ron for figuring out a problem that I had been dealing with since 2008.

They are good.  The job was done on time, the same day they said it would.  No problems with it.

Brought the car back to service for a minor issue - made an appointment - service advisor was on time and given that there was an issue with a one-week old car the service manager was immediately on the case. Couldn't be more pleased with the car and the attention received.

I think their services are good. I trust them with my vehicle.

They are very quick. I don't have to wait a lot. They have quick service and are very professional. Their prices are pretty reasonable.
