Went very well. I cannot say enough about this company. Family Business Brad the tech did a wonderful job had to remove all glass in the door and he let me clean them and waited patiently. So if you need a repair guys give them a call and support your local business.

The repairs went well, although a second visit was required for the oven repair. We had been warned that this might be necessary.

Checked electrical connections and cleaned.

Excellent. Up front pricing with honest estimated repair time and cost.

We've used him for years. Jim is particularly easy to work with. On this particular occasion, the cause of the problem was a little bit elusive and we had to do a bit of disassembly to find the problem, but he found it. He just does a really nice job. I'd give him an A-plus-plus on price if I was able to.

I feel whatever we got for price was fair. Except for this last time he couldn't get out. Two salesmen were sick. He couldn't come. He was on time. Professional and reliable.

Saw the A reviews for Jim's on Angies' and on my neighborhood help FB group's page and phoned for an appt. I was in no hurry when I called on a Friday but even so the appt. was set for right after the weekend. Jim Jr. arrived promptly for the $59 diagnostic service call. Very congenial & professional. Declared it a bad gas valve. Would have the part shortly for a return visit for about $250 for parts & labor + today's $59 visit charge. Fine. He returned within a few days and did the fix. He gave me ample time when he had the appliance moved to sweep away the appalling amount of crumbs & debris that had accumulated on the floor underneath; oh my! He left me the old, bad valve and the box showing the installed part as new from Whirlpool. The oven works A-OK since his fix. We're completely satisfied with this local, family owned business.

He fixed without having to put any parts in. He was honest. He did not have to replace a part, just tweak the door hinges since the door kept popping open.

We had another appliance person who didn't repair correctly.  Jim's Appliance came in and repaired correctly and came in 1 day.  I have recommended him to all my friends.  He was fast, reliable, and trustworthy.

I emailed Jim's Appliance Service , Sunday night when my washing machine sounded like  metal to metal in the spin cycle.   I found him on Angie's list,    The next  day they called me and said they could come on Wednesday , and that they were booked solid Monday & Tuesday , so I asked about Saturday apt and was told they don't work on Sat..    I explained  that I really needed my washer to work this week, or I would have to go buy another one this week-end.    They said we will see what we can do.   I was at work, my husband was home, and they called him and  said  they would come on Tuesday.   When I got home Tuesday the washer was fixed,  my Maytag is 12 years old, but  Jim said its a good one , worth fixing.      Jim replaced a pump and  It now runs quiet and I really appreciate Jim's Appliance repair for squeezing in their busy work load.   A++++++
