We decided to replace the entire roof. Robert called about a week later and gave us a date to begin. Crew was on time, cleaned up nightly and worked extra hours to get it finished before the rain set in. We were very please with our experience with Heritage Home Improvements. We even had a bit of extra work done while they were here.

They did an excellent job. No issues afterwards.

I did have a lot of rotted wood that added to the cost, but I expected that as I had several leaks before from a previous poor roof job done by another company. He was really accommodating with the added price. He let me make payments afterwards and worked with me to make it financially easier. Even after all the extra costs from rotted wood, they still had the best price by far.

Bob is very good to work with and the crew is very punctual and gets the work done quickly.  The gutters work much much better now, and we've seen a reduction in water in our basement as well.  So all worth it.  The gutters covers that were installed seem to work great, and let very little debris in to the gutters.  We are in a hevaily wooded area, so this is very important.  The only item that kept them from the A rating was that there was a lot of debris left around the house afterwards, nothing major, but a bit more attention to cleanup would have been appreciated.
We've used Heritage now for two projects, and will use use them again I'm sure.

Smoothly and as planned.  So far no sign of the leak on the interior of the home.

We had the gutters replaced on our 2100 sq ft home. Soffit and fascia also installed. Fast, courteous and affordable. Looks amazing and very functional. Highly recommend this company. The job was done in 1 day.

I had several soft spots on my roof but did not know what was causing the problem.  I had two estimates from roofing companies and both of them to me that it seemed to be a problem with the ventilation in the attic.  Bob Cochran came to my house to look at the roof and then sat and talked with us while he wrote out the estimate.  The other company sent their estimate a few days later.  Bob explained the potential problems in the attic and how they would fix them.  In the end his estimate was better then the second company, included a longer warranty and would replace more wood with minimal additional costs. 

     The crew arrived and began work.  The foreman introduced himself and explained what they were going to be doing.  The ventilation problem in the attic was because a previous company under the elderly homeowners installed soffit vents but did not drill any holes and just put them over wood.  That cause excessive condensation under the roof and led to the wood issues.  All of the ventilation issues were fixed and they showed me where they cut new vents. 

     Bob came by during the work and explained everything to me.  He didn't charge anything extra for any of the wood replacement.  The crew cleaned up after themselves and whole process was very smooth.  Bob was great to work with.

For several years we had water seepage into the basement wetting the drywall and paneling(tiled floor).  Finally needed to repair.  I removed the paneling and the drywall then had cracks repaired by Perm a Seal.  Once the leakage issues were taken care of, I needed someone to put up drywall, tape it and prime it. The basement is about approximately 20 x 15.  Mr. Cochran came out and gave me an estimate of $2100.  I was satisfied with the quote and asked him to give me a quote to drywall, tape, prime the bathroom off of the basement.  I also wanted them to install a new shower, toilet, sink, light bar and vanity.  I removed the old items and the bathroom was down to studs.  I would supply the toilet, sink, vanity and light bar.  They quoted me an additional $2500.  I accepted that.  They used mold resistant drywall.  Later, I asked that they also replace the light switches and all the electrical outlets in the basement. That was an additional $200.  The work took 5 days and they worked steady.  The 3 man crew were clean and courteous.  When they were finished I was satisfied with the work.  Total cost was $4800.

Bob Cochran, the owner, came out to look at the siding to be replaced and made some recommendations.  He was precise, informative, and very professional. We paid 1/3 of the cost before the work started and the rest on completion of the job. The work (fascia, soffits, and siding)  was scheduled within 2 weeks and was completed in 4 1/2 days.  The work that was done on the fascia, soffits, and siding was excellent. As with any construction project, decisions or changes may be needed as the work progresses. You can be sure that Bob takes these very seriously and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. The crew (3-5 guys each day) were polite, knowledgeable, hard working, and very skilled in their craftsmanship. They also made sure that they cleaned up everything when they finished each day.  After our experience with Heritage Home Improvements, they would be the first call we would make to consider any future work.

Bob Cochran was the owner. I love him. He’s a great guy. He was very upfront, honest and clear. He didn’t bluff. He was just very clear and he didn’t try to sell me a whole bunch of stuff. The price was fine.

They were very good on what they did. They were courteous, they did it on time and I think they did a very good job.

Bob Cochran and his crews are great. You are not just a "job" to them. They take great pride in their work and craftsmanship. They clearly explain what they are going to do. They do it well and then they follow-up to make sure that you are pleased with the final product.

I used two of his experts that came here for two days to do a variety of projects I needed done. They knew exactly how to do everything I had on the list and it was exactly right the first time they did it. The team of workmen was prompt, thorough and accurate in what they did. They cleaned up the work site and they are people I would call again if I needed a collection of small things done.  They also are roofers and they run a close second to my main roofer as far as what they know. I did not have a single issue with anything they did. There was nothing at all mediocre about what they did, how they did it or how they behaved.
