Grout Doctor

Steve came to the house to give us an estimate. Jeff came out and did the work. It took less time than estimated. Since grout
was not completely dry when he left, he told us it would lighten up when it was dry. Some areas lightenend up less than we had anticipated. We lived with it for a few days and decided we were not as satisfied as we had hoped. Jeff returned and used grout paint on the darker areas that concerned us. Perhaps our expectations that is was going to look like new were unrealistic, since the tile had been down 17 years. The overall results were fine, the appearance of the grout is much improved, and they were very pleasant to deal with..
If I were to use this provider in the future, I would not wait so long to have it done.

The workmanship was outstanding; however, after six months, the grout quality is getting dirty regardless of daily cleaning. I feel that they should refund the coating protection charge since it isn't doing what was purported. The downstairs cleaning of the grouts gets yellowish in time, regardless of cleaning. Again either of these shouldn't be happening after six months. A good faith gesture on their part is needed. I tried to call which they never return my calls. I am disappointed on the promise contract that at least it should maintain it's appearance for at least one year. I am hoping that they will eventually respond; otherwise, I would be hesitate in recommending them in the future. Again, they performed outstanding workmanship in regrouting..but the grout and seal is of a poor quality which they need to correct and keep their word with customers. They need to come back and regrout and clean or refund 300.00 as well as be responsible in returning calls to a previous customer.
