 + 1 moreSteve Greenfield was a professional from day one. He came in and drew up a statement of work which was pretty close to final price of the job. He performed much of the demolition work on his own and some of the carpentry and trim work. He has a set of suppliers that he normally works with and directed us to pick out cabinetry, tile, flooring, and paint with those contractors. He manages the timeline to ensure that the jobs line up and is getting everything sequenced correctly. Steve is a great carpenter and a great overall general contractor. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to tackle a big job.
Description of Work: Purchased a 1950's home that was overdue for renovation by at least 20 years. Had Steve come in as general contractor to remodel the house including: replacing the floors with hardwood floors, removal of a wall separating the kitchen from dining room, replacing the cabinetry in bathrooms and kitchen, tile, counter tops, whole house painting, upgrading electric and installing new fixtures and assorted other touches. This was a comprehensive remodeling job.
