 + -1 moreFrom start to finish this was not a company concerned with pleasing customers. They told me I would have my counter a few days after the 5th or so and I didn't get it installed till the 18th. The whole time it took forever to get a call back when I would leave a message wondering the status. He told me the 14th he needed one more day and well it wasn't ready and installed till the 18th. They don't have an open line of communication which is all I want. If you can't get it done when stated, just say so, don't avoid the client. And now I have a counter I can't use, and am out $500.00. So now, I have to either junk it and start over or buy the larger sinks and pay someone else to recut the holes.
Description of Work: I hired Saul Skultinas of Granite Brothers Inc to do a custom vanity sink. They did it wrong, tried to fool me. I had to show them a picture it was wrong. They tried to sell me the mismade counter at a discount. I said no fix it. We came to an agreement that he would buy new sinks that were larger and recut the stone top instead of remaking it completely because he said he was really busy and it would take a month. Not my problem but, I agreed to have him order sinks and now I have not heard from him though he should have had the sinks a week ago or so. My calls have not been returned.
