From start to finish this was not a company concerned with pleasing customers.  They told me I would have my counter a few days after the 5th or so and I didn't get it installed till the 18th.  The whole time it took forever to get a call back when I would leave a message wondering the status.  He told me the 14th he needed one more day and well it wasn't ready and installed till the 18th.  They don't have an open line of communication which is all I want.  If you can't get it done when stated, just say so, don't avoid the client.  And now I have a counter I can't use, and am out $500.00.  So now, I have to either junk it and start over or buy the larger sinks and pay someone else to recut the holes.
