My computer is still under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything to get it fixed.  It turned out to be that there was a potential virus but it didn't turn out to be a bad virus.  What they did is they cleaned it up and everything is wonderful.  They were extremely friendly because I usually find IT people not to be friendly.  At this particular store they were extremely friendly and helpful.  I couldn't say more than this and they didn't treat you like you were a dummy.  I thought they were prompt with their service because I had to leave it there and it was within forty eight hours that I heard back from them.  It was not like I had to leave it there for a week.
