Furniture - Sales
Ethan Allen has interior designers that work at the store. Their services are free. They are available to help with furniture choices, fabrics, room design and layout. That makes the decision and purchasing process so much easier. We were helped by Kathleen and really appreciated her input. Everything coordinates so beautifully. The store sent someone out to the house to be sure that we would be able to fit the sofa through the doorways. They also stored our furniture for us until our basement was ready. Delivery went well and the men were careful. They also have a repairman that comes to the house if there are any problems with the furniture. We are very happy with the service they provided to us.

The salesperson let us browse, and she was very helpful when we were ready to ask questions and make the purchase. Communication was very good during and after the purchase. The furniture was available sooner than promised and they stored it for us until we were ready to have it delivered. The delivery was done during the specified time period and everything was brought in carefully. This is one of my favorite stores because of the choices and service. Excellent!
