I was referred by Joe from a fellow public safety friend. joe was nothing but professional and handled everything great! unfortunately we are having problems with our windows. this happened last year or the year before joe sent guys to fix cracks around the windows not just 1 approx 10. now the cracks our appearing again and our painter cracks and damage again from the windows. hoping joe physically comes and sees this? maybe the crew was having a bad day. reached out to joe and his office to see what can be done

They did a good job and they were very reasonable. I think they did a nice job and the windows are beautiful. They were there when they said and they finished when they said.

A friend used Energy Savers several years ago and had a wonderful experience. Mine was definitely a bit mixed. The sales guy was prompt and very friendly. No high pressure sales techniques. The price was good so I signed the contract. He told me that someone would call me first thing in the morning to make an appointment to measure the windows. I had to call them. I was told the guy would be at my home to do the measurements between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. He got there at 6:30, no call letting me know he'd be late.. I was told that the windows would be ready in two weeks. It took three. I was told they would let me know if I had to get the building permit or if they were going to get it. First question they asked when setting up the appointment to put in the windows? "Did you get the permit?" I was told the permit shouldn't be more than $30-$40. It was $186. I was told that there would be two installers and the work shouldn't take more than 4 hours. One guy, 8-1/2 hours. The friend who recommended them had an entire house of windows replaced in a shorter amount of time. They said the windows would be out for the inspector by 10:00 a.m. The sliding glass door was installed but the other two old windows were still in when he got there. A foreman-type guy told me he'd be back at 10:00 for the inspector. Never saw him again. The windows themselves are great. Very nice looking and seem to work well so far. They definitely have cut down the outside noise. The finishing work was very good. The inspector was very impressed by the windows during the second inspection. The clean up afterwards was great. This is my first foray into home remodeling. I can't say that it was a great experience. While the product is excellent, the communication and follow-through was not.

Sales guy- Joe- was nice, no pressure----we set up the appt---took two weeks to get the windows----the guys came out on time and did the job----very nice job at that....cleaned up after the job----offered coffee, no thank you - just worked until the job was done---I like this company and would recommend them- house felt warmer when they left and we turned down the thermostat. Everyone that i dealt with fromthe Sales guy to the receptionist were professional and pleasant to work with... Before the installers left they told me ANY problems, just call and they will fix....

They were a blast and they were really great. The salesman was Joe. He gave us a nice quote and explained every thing in detail. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. They started the work a few weeks later. The workers were professional and courteous and on time. The salesperson did a walkthrough at the end and made sure the crew corrected any problems. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything in the end was well done.

The overall work done was good. From the very beginning, with the sales person to the scheduling of measuring and the installers, to the end job, they were very prompt and very professional. The price was extremely good. The receptionist was very responsive as well and answered my many questions. We actually took them under recommendation of my sister. She used them for her home as well. We looked them up through Angie's list and we read through few of the reports. On day of install they came 8 in the morning and left 8 in the evening. During that time which was a Friday, they had rain to deal with in the morning, dry in the afternoon and a storm to deal with in the evening before they finished. We weren't able to inspect everything when they left due to the darkness and rain. We were hoping that they would quit, but they had another job to do the next day and there was no pressure from us to finish in one day. We had to pick up some of the stuff that they couldn't seem to clean outside due to the darkness and weather. The inside looked great, the work was very professional and they cleaned up the inside very well. The next day we walked around the house. We thought because of the weather conditions and darkness, the caulking wasn't the best on certain windows. So we called and they sent someone out. They were very apologetic. They had someone come out right then to redo it, which was fine. Then we noticed one of the windows was uneven. Due to the structuring of our house, the window frame wasn't square and that was the way they had to do it to make them square and level. My husband also thought it was fine, too and we left it as is. Overall it was a good experience and they really seemed like they wanted to keep the customer satisfied. We would hate to grade them down because of the weather. We didn't get any another quote from any other company due to my sister's recommendation and the fair price (1/2 the price of windows we had installed 30 years ago)

THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME BETWEEN 8 AM AND 8:15 AM. THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE WINDOWS ONE ROOM AT A TIME. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, HOWEVER THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN THEIR FINGERPRINTS OFF OF THE WINDOWS AND WITH THE COOLER WEATHER I'VE NOTICED SOME CONDENSATION ON SOME THE WINDOWS. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS . THEY WERE FINISHED BEFORE 1:30 PM. THE WINDOWS LOOK VERY NICE AND THEY MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE APPEARANCE OF THE HOUSE.

Got this company off of a recommendation outside of Angie's list from a family relative. Made the appointment and they were able to schedule me for an evening appt so I didnt have to miss work. Salesman came out(Mike) measured the windows and explained everything to me as well as showed me a window, the material that is used in the window and the argon ratings, etc. He went over everything.. I saw the price and he explained that the outside color coating was raising the price on the window , same as what the other window companies said. I made the decision to purchase from Energy Savers. The next week a crew came out and did a final measurement on the windows and door to make sure everything was correct. Windows took about 2 weeks to build. The sales manager sent in a packet of everything that had to be done to my homeowners association to qualify for approval. The scheduler called me on August 2nd to schedule the installation, and was able to schedule on a Saturday so again I didnt have to miss work. They showed up about 9am, a two man crew.. we briefly talked about what was going to happen and they got to work. They were amazing!! By 6pm they had all 12 windows and the pation door in and capped and calked. They even replaced the full front living room window sill that was rotted before replacing the window. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the results. The quality was absolutely amazing!!! Well worh the money I paid!!!.. I definetly recommend this company and would use them again and will in future and have already recommended them to family and friends that are considering window replacements.

Mike who gave us the estimate spent an hour at the house talking to me about the windows and explaining everything i had questions about. They were by far the lowest price out of the 5 other contractors that came over and gave estimates. They were $300 cheaper than the cheapest of the other contractors. Also the windows qualified for the new energy efficiency credit. When they were installed two gentlemen came out and spent about an hour and a half and cleaned up everything afterward. Very nice job, great customer service would definitely go back.

I contracted Energy Savers in January of 2006 to replace my windows, since they had a great price and seemed to have a superior product. They arrived on time for the scheduled appointment in February and got to work immediately. I left the home but returned frequently to monitor their work. They worked quickly and neatly, removing all of the old windows first, and then replacing them one by one. They were done by 5pm the same day. My only issue was that the bow window initially leaked slightly when it rained, but Energy Savers came out twice immediately when I called them and fixed the problem, which was only caulking.

Sales person was knowledgeable and explained the product thoroughly. Workers arrived a little later than expected that morning, but their speed, their accuracy, and quality of their work was IMPRESSIVE. The workers were very polite. Plus, they cleaned up all of their debris inside the apartments. They completed the job that day. The window product itself is outstanding. The windows reduce the outside noise and keep the drafts out. We will definitely call them, when we are ready to replace the remaining windows in the building.
