About us
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is a full service interior residential remodeling company. We've been in the remodeling business for over 25 years. Glen Borkowski holds a Certified Graduate Remodeler designation which requires the completion of a course of study and regular continuing education coursework. He is also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). This training includes learning to assess, recommend and install certain modifications to the home environment to allow a client with mobility issues to remain independent in his/her own home with safety and convenience. We maintain a showroom where our customers can select materials for their remodeling project. We employ very few sub-contractors and only those with whom we've built a long term trusted relationship. Our first priority is to provide you with a first-class remodeling experience to enhance your life with respect for your privacy and security. We are fully licensed and bonded and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have been an active member and ambassador of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce for many years. Glen has continued to offer community outreach services by presenting seminars at local libraries on such topics as "How the Smart Consumer Selects a Remodeling Contractor" and "Creating a Safe and Independent Home Environment for the Golden Years". We can provide you with an exhaustive list of references and pride ourselves on the fact that more than 50% of our clients are repeat customers.

It took another week or so to finalize the details of the project and another couple of weeks for the project to begin. Throughout the project the crew was incredibly clean and respectful of our space. The efforts the team goes through to minimize dust and debris throughout the house is truly remarkable. If you didn't open the door to the bathroom you'd hardly know that any work was being done.
Unlike other contractors, Glen's team takes care of all of the sourcing. Outside of going to the tile store to pick a style we didn't have to pick up, buy, or ship any materials - it was all handled by the team.
Glen was an amazing communicator throughout the process - daily communication via email, text, phone to keep us informed of how things were going and what the next steps would be. We never felt in the dark about anything at any moment. Tom who was the project manager is one of the nicest guys you meet and answered any question we had honestly and thoroughly. He was always willing to go above and beyond.
If it weren't for the village inspection process the job would have been done right on time, but overall the timing was exactly what we discussed. We had a few small issues we asked to be addressed and they were all taken care of immediately.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the project and are in love with our bathroom. The team did an incredible job.
While the DreamMaker team won't be your cheapest bid, the premium we paid was worth the attention to detail, the level of craftsmanship, and the level of communication we received.
