It was superb! They followed through what they said they are going to do. They were on time. Everything went smoothly. After a month, they called to check if there's any problems and I appreciate their follow ups.

I would highly recommend them. Glen at DreamMakers sits down with you at first to discuss all the pros and cons of the project taking his time with us making us feel no pressure, unrushed and comfortable. Their work is excellent, highly recommended and we have used them twice so far.

They are very neat, clean and professional with a positive attitude at all time. They are very responsive, trustworthy and stick to their schedule of completion if not finishing early. They very informative and transparent about the entire process. His carpenters have the same work ethic, have been very kind to and careful of my pets and children. I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

DreamMaker did a fantastic job. They performed beyond the scope of work needed, handling unanticipated problems. They completed the work on time and the quality was top notch. Very personable and trustworthy people. Highly skilled especially for needs of the handicapped or elderly. I highly recommend them.

Glen had us come to the DreamMaker showroom for a consultation before we ever signed a contract.  We spent nearly two hours talking about our expectations for the project, the issues we'd like solved, our plans for the future of the house, our design styles likes and dislikes.  Other contractors we got quotes from spent maybe 10 minutes with us, this was extremely valuable and proved Glen's knowledge of working with houses like ours and what types of questions to ask.  It was great for us as first time re-modelers.  

It took another week or so to finalize the details of the project and another couple of weeks for the project to begin.  Throughout the project the crew was incredibly clean and respectful of our space.  The efforts the team goes through to minimize dust and debris throughout the house is truly remarkable.  If you didn't open the door to the bathroom you'd hardly know that any work was being done. 

Unlike other contractors, Glen's team takes care of all of the sourcing.  Outside of going to the tile store to pick a style we didn't have to pick up, buy, or ship any materials - it was all handled by the team.  

Glen was an amazing communicator throughout the process - daily communication via email, text, phone to keep us informed of how things were going and what the next steps would be. We never felt in the dark about anything at any moment.  Tom who was the project manager is one of the nicest guys you meet and answered any question we had honestly and thoroughly.  He was always willing to go above and beyond. 

If it weren't for the village inspection process the job would have been done right on time, but overall the timing was exactly what we discussed.  We had a few small issues we asked to be addressed and they were all taken care of immediately. 

We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the project and are in love with our bathroom.  The team did an incredible job.  

While the DreamMaker team won't be your cheapest bid, the premium we paid was worth the attention to detail, the level of craftsmanship, and the level of communication we received. 

We look forward to working with Glen and the team again when we look to redo our bathroom.
