finish the installation.  It seems that I am the only customer who needed an outside door bell/buzzer/intercom to let visitors in, because my entry and lobby doors threw this guy a curve ball.  He had to order a special phone buzzer for the Avaya which was an additional $500 that we never discussed initially.  He had no idea how to wire the product I just purchased, and spent hours on the phone with tech support having them show him how to hook it up.  Basically when he was all done, I had a phone system that worked more or less, a door buzzer system that no intelligent person would design.  A door buzzer that required the visitor to hold the call button in continuously while using the intercom.  He works on his own schedule, shows up when he feels like it, and leaves when he feels like it.  He has been unwilling to come back to the jobsite to fix the product when it stopped working, just 6 months after installation.  He is MIA.  I learned from another company I had come in and replace his door buzzer system, that his wiring and installation of the system was improperly done.  He never returns phone calls, and after the initial sale is over, you'll never hear from him again.
