Day of the inspection, He was early, kept good communication, was very thorough and was excellent at explaining every finding, including items that we’re not flagged, for general information. He was able to answer all questions thoroughly and had a great attitude in general. Very delightful to work with. Would highly recommend!

He was very thorough. Everything was checked. The lifespan of things were evaluated as well. They double checked the appliances too.
