Coit Drapery Cleaners Inc

Took drapes 8/25 said they would be ready for Labor Day. Called 9/6 made appointment for delivery 9/8 between noon and four. Did not show up, did NOT call. Called company at 5:40 p.m. - left message. Joel called 9/9 a.m. - said he called day before at 2:20 p.m. but no answer and he did NOT leave a message. Told him we were home, which we were. Said he had drapes and would deliver them around 2:00 p.m. Showed up around 3:30 p.m. - did a good job and gave us a senior discount for our trouble. Very disappointed in service and the lie that he called when he didn't because we were home waiting for delivery. Then the next day he didn't come until late afternoon with drapes. If he DID call and left a message the day before I would have returned his call, but he did NOT call, just didn't show up. Even though the drapes are clean and look good, service is a big disappointment and I would not use them again.
