The salesperson, Jim, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very disappointed when our new treadmill broke after 29 days of use. It was very very frustrating dealing with this company, to try to get my treadmill repaired or replaced. I was told two different things by two different sales people. In the end, they made it right by delivering a new treadmill to replace my broken one. I don't know that I'd buy from them again, but I was satisfied in the end.
