My wife and I can't be more thrilled by the work that CALTek did with our new house. Steve (owner) and Jake took the term professionalism to a whole other level in our opinion. It's obvious that they care about the service they provide and the work that they do. They were patient with all the questions we had about TV placement, hiding wires and how our receiver works.
I know that the work that we needed to be done really could have been done by any competent home automation technician. However, what really stood out to my wife and I wasn't the work that they did (which was top notch) but their friendly and polite demeanor and the little things that they did....things that really aren't a big deal but when you notice them it immediately makes a great impression i.e. asking to use the bathroom to wash their hands and taking the extra second to making sure each screw was facing the same direction as the outlet.
We highly recommend using CALTek for all of your home entertainment needs...you won't be disappointed!!!
In my opinion, they went above and beyond what they promised to do. They listened to what I wanted and they delivered. They cleaned up the work that was done by the company that originally set up my room and put in a simple to use, high quality product to go along with a superior installation. They were very prompt, polite, professional and fun to work with. I will find opportunities to use them again in the future and refer them to as many people as I can.
