Steve and his crew were great! Excellent in his profession. Did not upsell me but instead insisted on money saving products that will still make my family happy. Very clean and respectful in our house. A total PRO!!! He was very honest and upfront.....and always available to answer my questions. Steve was very easy to work with and very reasonable. I highly recommend CalTek! Do not hire anybody else.

Very Professional service and installation wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied made adjustments along the way to insure that everything was working as needed. Would definitely utilize Steve for any future work!

Steve and his crew are absolutely fantastic. They have hung three TVs in our house and helped update a surround sound system in our living room and their work has been outstanding on each project. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Background info: My wife and I recently moved into a home and have had our fair share of contractors in and out of our house in the last few months (painting, home security, flooring, mason work, plumbing, AV etc..) My wife and I can't be more thrilled by the work that CALTek did with our new house. Steve (owner) and Jake took the term professionalism to a whole other level in our opinion. It's obvious that they care about the service they provide and the work that they do. They were patient with all the questions we had about TV placement, hiding wires and how our receiver works. I know that the work that we needed to be done really could have been done by any competent home automation technician. However, what really stood out to my wife and I wasn't the work that they did (which was top notch) but their friendly and polite demeanor and the little things that they did....things that really aren't a big deal but when you notice them it immediately makes a great impression i.e. asking to use the bathroom to wash their hands and taking the extra second to making sure each screw was facing the same direction as the outlet. We highly recommend using CALTek for all of your home entertainment needs...you won't be disappointed!!!

Caltek is awesome I would never go anywhere else. I've had Steve do home installation for me and his work is top notch and he is always reliable! And the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Caltek anytime over and over again! In my opinion, they went above and beyond what they promised to do. They listened to what I wanted and they delivered. They cleaned up the work that was done by the company that originally set up my room and put in a simple to use, high quality product to go along with a superior installation. They were very prompt, polite, professional and fun to work with. I will find opportunities to use them again in the future and refer them to as many people as I can.
