***Pricing Gouging*** First appointment fell through with no response from the plumber. I called back to re-schedule a broken pipe repair. The sillcock and crimpings were less than $60.00. It took 1 hour to swap the broken sillcock. Holes were created to access the sillcock, but never repaired. Total price for less than $100.00 in parts and 1 hour's worth of labor was $825.00. This was not an emergency either. The water leak was contained. If this isn't price gouging, then I don't know what is. Called the company to explain that the costs were astronomical. They agreed to refund $200.00. It's been over a week, no refund provided. They are also blocking calls. Pricing gouging, unreliable communication, not a man of his word. Client beware.
