What a nice experience shopping here! I went in to have two bikes needing minor repairs for the girls in my life and could not leave without buying a new bike for myself, and an outstanding bike rack for my truck and SUV. Jim the owner could not be more accommodating, and Kris the tech and sales guy was really great too. Very knowledgeable and really able to help me find exactly the right bike at the right price. Kris asked lots of questions and gave me a really terrific education into what is available on the market and thankfully, steered me away from the bike I was going to purchase into one that I know now really fits my needs much better, and that was a much better size and configuration for the type of riding I do. Whether you are in need of repairs or are in the market for a new bike, this is the place to go. Forget the big discount stores where you get a cheap price but a bike that will not last, or a bike that you are not excited to ride several years from now---these guys have excellent prices and really top quality products. The variety of bikes they have is also incredible. From retro to racing to bmx to off road to kids bikes, these guys have it all, and in a shop that can handle any repair you need. I was really pleasantly surprised at how much time they spent with me, and then spent preparing the bike, making sure it was in perfect order, and then they loaded the new rack and the bike on the truck and spent plenty of time making sure I knew everything I needed to so I could operate the rack securely. You could easily drive by the place so call for directions (the front sign is covered by a large tree that the builder of the plaza planted and it can easily cause you to miss their store which is in a bit of a retail/industrial/commercial business park. Very nice store by the way---tons of bikes and accessories at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend them. A+++++++++++++++ experience. By the way, when I returned to pick up the bikes, the cost to fix was lower than they first thought and the bikes looked the best they ever have. They looked new and had an amazing shine. Clearly, they spent a lot of time detailing them and cleaning them up too.
