Tommy Chun, area manager, assisted me in the selection of a Beauty Rest ReCharge mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable, as he has been in the business for a long time. I had research information about the construction of mattresses, so I knew what to ask. Tommy was extremely patient when answering my questions, knew his products thoroughly and was not "pushy" at all, He spent a lot of time with me - I finally decided to purchase from him, even though I did check out other retailers in the area. he did not use a "sales pitch" - just very comfortable in his mannerisms. Very polite! My bed was delivered a day later, time of delivery was perfect and the product was just what I wanted. The warranty of Back to Bed products is approximately 25 years which is an important factor of choice. I was very happy dealing with Tommy and would definitely recommend the Orland Park store to anyone! ?Since that time, I am having a good night's rest....which is exactly what I was looking forward to. Thanks!!!
