Hired B & Z to install a new American Standard furnace and A/C, and air filter unit. I paid extra for the multi zone A/C unit. The install went fine, but that was it. I've had problems with my bedroom not cooling and B & Z will not offer any help with this problem. My old 60% efficient A/C unit worked better. I have call B & Z numerous times and they will not return the calls. I'll have to spend extra money on a different company to have the problem solved.
