Anna's Crystal Cleaners did a phenomenal job.  The house looked gorgeous when they were done.  They were extremely professional and courteous.  I definitely plan to hire them again for my next party.

They did a fantastic job. There was no additional cost. They were very professional. They were on time and they did an excellent job on cleaning. The price was excellent.

We wanted a crew to clean the whole house for this price. The person who came was very thorough and took her time, she was only able to do the kitchen and the bathrooms in 4 hours. We chose another service who did the whole house in less time with more people.

The house was neat and uncluttered when they arrived, but needed a deep cleaning. The best word I can use to describe the experience is WOW. They were absolutely fantastic. They spoke very little English, but that didn't affect their performance at all.
They used gentle cleaning products. They left a sparkling clean, good smelling house in their wake. I would recommend this service to anyone without hesitation.

They are thorough and respectful of how I have things arranged.  I get the biggest kick out of how they point the end of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom like a fancy hotel does.  It makes me happy to come home to a clean house done by nice people.  I have used them four times and will continue to do so.

Cleaning was acceptable, trying schedule the service was difficult because Crystal Cleaning kept having to reschedule.

I was not happy with the service. One of the works dropped a towel in the toilet and she didn’t tell me.  It was a big piece of a towel and she told me she didn’t drop anything. I had to end up have a plumbing provider come out to unclog the toilet. The provider told me if it had gone much further I would have had to have the toilet taken apart or they’d have to have messed with the pipes. I've spoken directly with the owner who was very polite and offered to make amends.

They did a great job cleaning my bungalow. The wood floors glow again!

Iza and her team were terrific.  We have hard wood floors throughout, and the team cleaned them all, including the closets!  We have lived in our home for two years, and it's never looked so clean!  I would highly recommend Anna's Crystal Cleaning, and have already arranged for them to come back on an ongoing basis.

The team Claudia and Natalie are so fantastic! They have been helping us every couple of weeks now for almost a
year. With a new baby, two dogs and a new home we have had our hands full. But they thoroughly clean our home in a relatively short period of time. I even came home one afternoon and they couldn't get in the house so they were busy washing the outside windows!! They place little dolls in my sons room in just the right funny places, and have even changed my light bulbs without asking.

I had asked for all shelves in pantry, cabinets and closets to be cleaned, as well as the usual surfaces such as floors, sills, baseboards, counters, bathrooms.  The initial estimate I received was very low, around $120, for the work I was requesting.  I told her that I thought it would be more than that. The two ladies that showed up were friendly and hard working enough.  But I felt I had to keep giving direction, correction, and this is not what I wanted.  I had other people at our condo completing various jobs for us to be able to move in.  When the ladies were finished I gave a look around and had them go back and touch up a few areas, our guest bathroom as a specific.  The charge for their time and hard work was almost double what had been estimated, which I already new in my mind it would be.  But that would not be a pleasant surprise to anyone not expecting it.  I also gave them each a generous tip.  As I began to put our belongings away, particularly in the kitchen pantry, I saw that the shelves had not even been touched.  There was a fire extinguisher and a hanging bracket still laying in the exact same place and position that it was before they came.  I had to stop unpacking and thoroughly clean the pantry.  Another area that had not even been touched was the laundry room floor.  It was filthy.  Then, later that night, the toilet in our master bath wouldn't flush.  Repeated attempts with a plunger would not budge the clog.  So I called a plumber.  One hundred seventy five dollars later, after removing the toilet from the floor to access the clog, he pulled out a soiled wash cloth.  It had been accidentally flushed down our toilet when one of the ladies emptied a bucket of dirty cleaning water.  Which, accidents happen, I understand.  So I called Anna's and I asked if this is what she thought might have happened.  To her credit, she was in agreement and very apologetic.  She asked what she could do to make it right.  I asked for reimbursement for the plumbing expense.  But she declined to reimburse me. She offered to come back and clean for me.  In fairness to Anna's, I did agree that this would be ok.  But the more I had to keep cleaning things I already paid to have cleaned, I felt I didn't want to have them back.  I am chalking this up to a very unfortunate experience for both me and Anna's. However, since Angie's List relies on feedback from other subscribers, I felt I needed to leave this feedback.  I have given this decision to leave this feedback a lot of thought...Anna's cleaned for me in July, and it is now September. I didn't want to leave feedback when I was still upset.   Like I stated here and to Anna's personally, I recognize that they hardworking, and friendly, ladies. 

She is always on time and does a FANTASTIC job!!  I know she has many other long-time clients so they have a great reputation. I would highly recommend them!

It went well.  There were two ladies and worked very hard for about 3 hours.  Maybe there were two places I noticed were missed afterward, but I should have mentioned to them prior to cleaning that I wanted them done.  Very attentive and prompt and polite.
