Great until 2 days later when the pool lights stopped working. Suddenly they don't return calls.

Got bids for liner replacement of a 10 year old pool that had begun to tear at waterline and leak water. Previous homeowners did not provide pool build measurements, so I needed someone to also make accurate measurements. All Seasons was one of three bids I received, but also offered to get the job done early in the spring due to a party I had planned for the first week of June. Dave (from Sales) was quick to respond, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. After selecting All Seasons, they quickly setup measurements and got the liner ordered. Once the liner was in, we were quickly scheduled to begin as soon as the weather began to break. The team did a great job removing the old liner, took a couple days to prep the sub surface with a new skim coat (extra cost but not entirely unexpected), and then installed the new liner. They communicated well, keeping me informed of everything that was happening each day. Overall, very happy with my experience and would recommend All Seasons again!

What could be accomplished was. Serviceman was polite and helpful.

They are in the area and are located very close by so I got to know about them through word of mouth.  At that time they were only one of the very few companies that would service swimming pools.  They are close by.  They are a little pricier than some of the other places around but they take care of in ground pools and not just above ground.  They service the whole southwest side area and they have parts in stock.  They are very knowledgeable.  They are a little bit more expensive but they do a good job.

I thought they did a good job.

First visit from the service was great. Technician explained everything and answered all questions. Weekly service is $79, but seems to be about $135 each week (total) for chemicals. Seems high. On one occasion they left the hose running in the pool. I came home the next day to find my yard flooded. I was leaving the next day for vacation; if I hadn't caught it, I don't know what would have happened. I called and requested that they not send that technician to my house again. They agreed and didn't charge me for the visit, so I was satisfied. But in going over my bills at year end, I found they did continue to send the same technician anyway. The hose was not left running again, so does it matter if they didn't honor my request? Probably not. Maybe they only have a few technicians.

Not good. Billed for work never performed. Constantly had to check bill, then call and complain. One time, came to my house to clean the pool on Wednesday, then came back on a Friday (two days after). Billed me for both cleanings, even though contract calls for bi-weekly. Also, I have pool supplies of my own. Would use my supplies (I could tell by empty containers), then bill me for supplies they provided (which were one in the same). Had to argue endlessly to clarify bill. I am changing service for the upcoming summer season.
