Plumber came out same day and was very professional. Worked at the clog for a while but was unable to solve the problem. He explained everything to my satisfaction and I would use this company again.

I bought a house with a few feet of plumbing running through an unheated garage (not to code) and the first year we lived there it froze and burst Christmas day. $300 and the thing was fixed. He advised me to insulate the pipe. I didn't. It froze and burst again just after new year's day this year. He came out the same day, when he said he would. He looked at the garage and the pipe and said; "didn't I come out and do this once before?" Which I had to shamefacedly admit to. $300 later it was patched again. friendly, reliably and professionally done. After $600 spent - I have put some insulation on the bit of pipe in the garage. I have no problems with the work or performance of A1 Superior Plumbing, however I'm a bit of an idiot it would seem.

The day was very busy and they told me they could not provide service for three days. I called on Friday and they could not come out until Monday. |I found another plumber on that provided service within 30 min.

I had a clogged sewer and we had to dig up my yard and repair it. Joe arranged everything. He got permits and excavator to care of all work. Problem is solved.

They were excellent, prompt, and professional. They gave helpful hints on preventative maintenance. They were just great.

This company was recommended by a plumber friend of ours who was out of town when our problem (all the toilets backing up to the top of the bowl and a little coming up the shower drains) occurred. When I called, I was actually able to speak with him, was very easy to talk to, gave us the same diagnosis as what our friend had said (either a clogged or broken sewer drain pipe) and a specific range of what the cost would be. Set up the appointment and he was there promptly when he said he would be, evaluated the situation, gave us the price and basically worked the whole day on the repair (had to dig approx. 5 ft. down in front of our foundation to get to the pipe). I felt he was professional, courteous and efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction.

The original bronze drain "basket" for a fiberglass shower stall connecting the drain to the copper pipe beneath had completely fractured, dumping virtually all drain water into the utility room below, probably aggravated by 25 years of using harsh corrosive products to clean the shower. "Joe," the business owner, responded promptly to cut out the old corroded "basket" and replace it with a more state-of-the-art PVC basket that will be impervious to such chemicals. Joe does meticulous work and is very deliberately respectful of property; for example, by donning fabric "booties" to protect interior carpeting and by taking care to place heavy tools down carefully on padded surfaces to avoid collateral damage. When the initial installation appeared to leak slightly, Joe reseated the drain and "stress-tested" it under pressure with his weight applied at the top until it was clear that we had a perfectly sealed drain. I have since been delighted with the result and recommend him highly for plumbing services.

He was a few minutes late. Not a big deal. After completing the inspection and agreeing to a course of action (replace the garbage disposal and repair the faucet) his time estimate to complete the job was on the mark. No leaks after 5 weeks. I don't know how much plumbing work should cost so marked the price as fair (C).

I had a few different things done. I remember the toilet he installed was for $375 and I thought it was expensive but when I looked it up I found that it is the going rate. He also fixed two other sinks when he was here. He came out to give me the quote and he said he could do it right then if I wanted, so it was very nice and convenient.

He was very honest and told me I did not have a real issue. He was very polite and came quickly.

They were really nice to work with! They normally don’t service my area, but when I mentioned Angie’s list they made the trip. I asked them questions about future projects and they said they would come my way again. He was happy to provide quick estimate for other work.

Excellent! Joe, the plumber, came the same day I called and on time. Very professional, answered all my questions, checked everything from the vent to the septic tank, was out and didn't leave a mess. Very friendly and fixed the problem.

Called Joe about 11AM this morning and described what needed to be done. He said he coould be here by 1PM so I said yes, please come. He arrived about 12:20 and looked over the problems and quoted a price. I said to go ahead. He had the canister for the tub leak in his truck and he installed it very quickly. He had to run to the store to get a replacement valve assembly for the toilet and was able to finish that installation by 1:30PM. Both repairs were tested and worked like a charm. Joe was very professional and cleaned up after his work.

Joe arrived on time and did a excellent installation job. He was meticulous making sure everything was perfectly installed and worked properly. Friendly and very knowledge about all plumbing products. Gave us good advise and estimate on toilet replacement. Cleaned up area and removed all debris and placed it on the side of our house so our garbage service could pick it up later in the week . Overall we were very happy and will definitely call Joe again.

I had noticed a leak from one of the older pipes under the kitchen sink after installing a new garbage disposal a few weeks ago. I tried using plumber's tape to fix it temporarily but that did not work. The disposal was difficult to install due to the layout of the old pipes under the sink. Joe pointed out that there were a few other slow leaks. He replaced that pipe and installed 2 P-traps. He was able to reposition some of the other pipes and disposal. There are no more leaks and I can now access areas under the sink that I could not before. I also have more storage room. Service was very professional, prompt and reasonable.
