JOHN T'S TOWING

It was about 11 pm and I just returned to town from Rockford. I decided to gas up my truck for an early morning drive into the city the next morning. When I attempted to start my truck, all I heard were clicks. I don't know much about fixing autos so I was glad I had AAA Roadside Service which I had purchased shortly after my boyfriend had passed away. In the long and short of story, I had to tell AAA to call John T's because they couldn't find a provider that would help. I was informed that John T's would need to be paid up front and I could be reimbursed. This sounded like a much better scenario than sitting in a cold truck until the wee hours of the morn waiting for a provider's tow truck to pick me up. I was 2 blocks from home but afraid to leave my truck sitting at a gas pump.Joel responded in less than the 20 minutes. He suggested trying to jump my truck first, which didn't work. So he hooked up my truck, towed it across town to my repair shop and then dropped me off at my house afterward. He was pleasant and professional. He made it pretty easy for me.
