Description of Work: We have had constant issues with this internet provider. We have to reboot our modem several times a day as it just randomly loses connection. We have complained about the problem several times ... yet we STILL have it. I really like the service techs that come to our house when there's a problem however they can only work with the quality of the equipment, etc ... that is available. I will be checking out what other internet providers are available in our area as I'm tired of dealing with all the issues.

 + -1 moreI think the original connectivity problem was with the modem. Customer service was not very helpful resolving the problem. But Switching to the Faster package solved the problem. I would not want to go back to 15 megabytes per second now anyway
Description of Work: I originally signed up for the 15 megabytes per second package. It was horrible. I constantly was getting cut off and having trouble connecting many devices. I've been switched to the 50 megabytes per second package and it is absolutely amazing! The services as advertised and I am very happy with it.
