Had to contact 5 times before finally coming out. Work was good when they did come.

Not exactly sure of the dates, but I think trimming was in the Fall of 2011 & treatment was in Spring 2012 . This was the 2nd (or maybe 3rd) time Shearer's has been out to do work for us. They had to have the climbers this time for the oak tree (which I think might increase the cost of a job.) Anyway, they have always been very professional. They are knowledgeable & always offer information on how best to care for your trees (other than just trimming). We had "big plans" for landscaping around our oak tree, we were even considering extending the deck around it since it provides so much shade. He advised against it. Disturbing the roots on a tree this old might have killed it! Sooo, glad we mentioned it to him! He also gave us other helpful information on how to landscape without harming the tree. Will be using again & will/would recommend to others.
