Aug 2020
Just a few days after applying the roof coating, the coating began to peel. Water began pooling under the roof membrane where the parapet wall was repaired. When Loyola was asked to come out to address these issues, they refused and did not responded to any of our calls/email requests to fix the problem. I would absolutely not do any business with them. It was a terrible experience.
