Very professional. They were punctual and kept me appraised of the damage being fixed as well as steps they would take to remedy the roof leak. I was provided the option on materials to either temporarily patch or fully re-seal the leak and cost was provided upfront.

I asked Phillip to do a roof inspection for a 2-flat building we were planning to purchase. We were on a tight timeframe with the sellers and he was able to make it there with less than 24 hours notice. (Thanks Phillip!) His colleague went up there on a 40 foot ladder and had his phone camera pointing at his steps the entire time. He was connected to Phillip, who was on the ground with me showing me the video live and explaining what his colleague was doing. Very educational! I plan to use Loyola to fix this roof. They are experts and you know you’re in good hands with them.
