I met Dave through a referral. His price was excellent and work was great.

The whole process went smoothly as it did for all the other work dal builders has done for us before. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinges and would not close. we called dave and he came by right away and went over our options. Our kids like to slam the doors so we needed something that would take the abuse. We decided to take daves sugestion and replace the entile door using a solid door. The work was preformed within a few days and and works wonderfully.

Dal Builders does excellent work. Brian the lead carpenter is a very excellent and friendly carpenter. Very honest, dependable and hard working. The job was started and finished on time. I would highly recommend them.

The carpenters showed up on the day they promised. They were very honest kind and helpful. They completed the project on the day they promised and the final product was everything and more then I expected. I would highly recommend them.

I noticed that some of the tiles were coming off the wall in the shower. I thought that it would be a simple job pull a few tiles off and replace them. When I pulled the tiles off, I realized that it was a much larger job than I could handle on my own. My wife and I had discussed remodeling the bathroom for years so we called Dave at DAL Builders. He came over the next day inspected the damaged tiles and gave us and estimate on how much it would cost to repair the tiles which I thought was a fair. We then asked for ideas on how we could remodel the bathroom. Having lots of experience with this type of work, he quickly came up with 2 different layouts. We liked the idea of extending the room to include a Jacuzzi. The next day he called with a more detailed estimate that was actually a little lower that the original and we decided to go ahead with the project. The work was completed in less than a week. The work crew was respectful of our property and kept things clean during the entire project. The quality of the work was excellent and I am thinking about hiring DAL for another project next year.

As I stated this project can't go on the calendar until next year but I came home today and all the repairs were completed at No Charge!! This makes it feasible for me to wait until next year and I can guarantee that I will be using DAL builders to do the deck. It's refreshing to be able to partner with a contractor who I trust and in turn helps his customers.

We wanted a fireplace for a long time. We called DAL Builders and Dave came out and gave us some ideas. I am glad we went with his idea of putting it in the corner because it gooks great and works well in the room. The workers kept things clean as they worked and didn't disturb the rest of the house which was nice and made my wife happy. I especially liked the craftsmanship that went into making the custom mantel. I thought that work would have to be done buy a custom cabinet maker or something along those line but as it turned out, it was built in my family room. The job was completed on time. We enjoy using the fireplace all the time in the winter and are wondering why we waited so long.

Our porch was in bad shape and we saw dal builders building down the street and had them come buy to give us a estimate. we received the estimate on the spot and after getting a few other bids we decided to go with dal builders. The process was very easy they were able to get the permit and start within 2 weeks. They also pointed out a few problems on our building and fixed them at no additional charge.

The experience was outstanding start to finish. I have done several home improvement projects and Dave made it simple. He obtained all the permits and coordinated all the subcontractors. He has many years of experience in this business and it shows. There was some previous water damage that I wasn't aware of and the situation was quickly rectified before more damage could occur to my home. DAL Builders exceeded my expectations on all levels.
