Helpful discussion via phone prior to inspection to address known concerns. Weekend availablilty. Very thorough explanations of his observations given during inspection. 24 hour turn-around on written documentation. Referred radon detection specialist who worked seamlessly as a subcontractor. Friendly. Good communicator (if a bit long-winded.)

Great experience. Richard was a pleasure to talk to and provided us with a wealth of information to get the property ready for sale. He also shared several strategies for making this or any home more energy efficient. Provided a detailed report via email. Right on time for the appointment. Very professional, he took his time and wrote lots of notes during the inspection.
