Brendan and his crew are great. They did an excellent job. After I met with Brendan the first time and he looked over what needed to be done,he emailed me an estimate. I called and approved it and he said he would email me dates when we got into better weather.  Our first meeting was in early March. He emailed me dates towards the end of March  to make sure those dates were ok with me. He emailed me the day before to remind me and give me the time they would arrive. They were here exactly when he said they would be each day. They put down drop clothes to cover not only my sidewalk but my neighbors on both sides. They were so quiet I forgot they were outside working. 

Their work is impeccable. It took 4 days. I've not worked with such a professional crew before. And I've done a lot of work on this house. They actually care about your property and making it look better. I am so pleased and so relieved to get this work done. The stucco was really bad. And now that the house is painted with their special paint for stucco and it looks great.

I can't say enough good things about Brendan. Great customer service. Great attitude. Great crew. I have no problem recommending this company.

Contractor was prompt, neat and artistically appropriate. The work was great. He was very responsive to all requests.

We had a hole in the Dryvit on the side of our house caused by birds.  Brendan from McNulty Plastering came out and said it would take 2 trips to repair, 1 for a first coat and then a finish coat.  After the first coat was completed the birds came back and re-damaged, so he re-did the first coat at no extra charge and also put up some protective mesh so they could not damage it again.  The work was competed and I was very satisfied.  Would definitely recommend them. 

Brendan did a wonderful job - gorgeous, perfection in plaster.   He is old school - does things right the first time.  I've used McNulty for both plaster work and stucco.  He does gorgeous work.

We were absolutely thrilled with the work done by McNulty Plastering !!    We had a lot of work done on   our house-new windows, painting & skim coat of stucco  Brendan (owner) worked with the other two contractors as to when they could start, what part of the house to work on, etc so the other work could be completed as he was starting   I have received so many compliments I can not begin to tell you!   They showed up when they said they would, did a great job  & cleaned everything up perfectly every night  There was one area of the house  that had something on the stucco   They kept re-doing it until it was perfect  My house looks brand new!    I would highly recommend McNulty  for your work-you will be as thrilled as I am!

,From my inquiry through the completion of the work, everything went according to the way the work was described, the manner in which it would be done, and within the time frame quoted.

I was impressed with the care they took to protect my house from dust and debris. They laid down brown paper and drop cloths all the way from the front door into the bedroom on the second floor and hung protective materials in the bedroom doorway.    Although they moved their equipment in through the bedroom window, they never disturbed the garden which adjoins the house on that side.  Employees were courteous and hard-working.  McNulty offered, up front, to come back and rectify any spots that were missed; and they did return to get one crack that was behind a radiator.  The work was excellent, and the ceiling and walls look like new. 

Mr. McNullty came by and gave me an estimate, the day of the service his crew made sure my hardwood floors were covered, very professional and they finished the 2 projects in 2-3 hrs whereas I had other estimates that stated the job would take 2-3 days to fully complete. He also did the job even though other businesses refused to take the job because it was residential and not a large business project.

I had recently had my woodwork and floors refinished and McNulty was very careful in protecting the woodwork and floors from damage. They also cleaned up after themselves very neatly. They were professional, prompt, and used the appropriate amount of communication during the job. They came when they said they would, the job took exactly as long as Brendan said it would, and the cost was right on budget. The price seemed high when I got the estimate, but after I saw the amount of patching and repair they did, I realized that the price was actually pretty reasonable.

I feel they are very professional and that they have fair prices. They informed us we need to wait 6 weeks to paint so the plaster can dry properly. When they were done, they cleaned up so well that all of the plaster dust was gone.

While our bathroom was being remodeled, our contractor noticed damaged plaster which prevented him from continuing until it was repaired. I was expecting a long delay, but Mr. McNulty came out to give an estimate within 24 hours, and the work was performed ON A SATURDAY a few days later. The entire area was nicely protected, and the job site cleaned after work was completed. The wall looks great and we will definitely use this company again for other plastering jobs.

ABSOLUTELY TOP-NOTCH WORK WITH POLITE & EFFICIENT WORKERS WHO NEVER MADE A MESS AND SHOWED UP PROMPTLY. REALLY GREAT.
