I dropped a pair of men's boots off this morning and was asked when I needed them. I said ASAP and the lady said anytime after 4pm today. Now that's quick service. Shoes were polished and new heal replaced.

I had paid $36 in advance for the services requested. When I picked up my boots, they were shined and had heel plates instead of new heels. When I told them again that I wanted the heels replaced, they informed me that it would be an additional $24, which would have been a total of $60 for 3 pairs of boots. I refused to pay the additional cost which I think is excessive. I won't be returning to Tony's again.

1) $12 to replace heel pieces on both shoes in the pair
2) $20 to replace sandal inner sole with leather, rather than the fabric lining they had.
Reasonable and well done.

To spend $40 on repairing a favorite, good quality piece of luggage was fine -- it was just a little more than I expected, which is why a B, rather than A on price.
I highly recommend their shop.

I spent $50 on that work. They are great and do a great job. There is no nonsense with them and they tell me if it is worth fixing or not and they do an excellent repair job. Everything looks new when they give it back to us.

Tony's shoe clinic did a very poor job repairing the webbing of my baseball glove. The webbing was not properly fixed (it was secured only on the back side, rather than being secured from both the front and back). When I brought the glove back and explained what the problem was, the employee I spoke to was very rude and insisted the job was done correctly. I asked them to fix the glove the proper way. After much hemming and hawing, they agreed to re-fix the webbing. When I went to pick up the glove a second time, they refused to give me the glove until I paid them a second time. As a result of the poor repair job, having to pay twice to get the job done and rude employee, I will not be using Tony's Shoe clinic for any future services.

I dropped off my suitcase on a Tuesday and got a call on Thursday that the repair had been completed. Inexpensive, quick, friendly service. The next time I need luggage or shoes repaired, I'll be going back to Tony's.
