TK Repair and Remodel

Mr. Kalita is a consumate pro. We have hired him on 4 occasions for repairs to wood stairs, painting, plumbing adjustments and, most recently, kitchen updates. Each time he has been prompt, expeditious and courteous. His standard for quality work is exceptional and he guarantees his well-priced work. Happy to have him back and recommend him again and again.

It was great working with Tim on this coop. We gave him some pre-purchased plans and he (1) modified them to make the build more practical and (2) easily integrated our changes. Finished it quickly with no issues and at a very reasonable cost. Would be happy to recommend or work with Tim on another project.

Tim did an incredible job with the design and construction of a climbing wall in our yard. He did calculations to ensure the structure had stability that was needed, and made sure to build it to last - but sensitive to costs. Easy to work with. I have already hired him for a second project.

Couldn't have gone better and would hire him again in a minute! Tim's price was fair, he let me know each day when he would arrive and came exactly at that time, he took tremendous care with the project, he would keep me updated with texts if the paint needed to dry for a few hours, and when he was finished he took away all the debris and swept the entire space. He was professional, friendly, and one of the very best professionals I've been lucky enough to find - I've had plenty of bad experiences with others, so I really appreciate someone great! Tim is very helpful in the planning phase of a project, asks lots of questions so he knows what you want and then goes above and beyond to deliver as promised. His skills are superb, and his mindset is practical- Tim does not seek to oversell his services for his own benefit. He has helped us with several projects at two different houses and we have more projects in the pipeline.
