Working with Bill was a nightmare. Aside from his crabby demeanor and rude communication, Bill changed the design of the cabinet without approval from the interior designer or end client. What was supposed to be up on legs ended up on a cabinet base. Only after it was installed, did he come up with the idea to wall mount it for support. But it was too late, the stone top was already on. Other trim details were significantly changed as well. In the end, we did not get what we paid for. I would never use him again.

THEY CREATED SPECIAL DOORS FOR THE SIZE OF OUR KITCHEN. WE WORKED WITH BILL, THE OWNER, WHO GAVE US SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE USE OF OUR KITCHEN SPACE. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY MOVING OUTLETS. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED.

BILL IS EASY TO WORK WITH, AND HE WANTED MY BUSINESS. THREE OTHER WOODWORKERS I'D CONTACTED BEFORE FINDING THE WOOD PLACE EITHER DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS OR ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANT MY BUSINESS.
