+ -1 moreHe missed several details that as an inspector, should have been caught. Gutters and fascia were rotting and light fixtures were faulty, due to wiring and improper connections.
Description of Work: Did a inspection on our new home prior to purchasing. Including pre-inspection and post inspection before closing.
