+ -1 moreHave studied Pilates with Andrea for 14 years and would not go to anyone else. Pilates keeps your whole body in shape and I hope to keep doing it.
Description of Work: Getting older and wanted to stay in shape. Andrea at Alternative Fitness teaches Pilates and is able to adapt movement to individuals capabilities. Teaches classical Pilates and has studied and trained with teachers who studied with Joe Pilates.

+ -1 moreIt is a really friendly and caring environment. She is very well trained and has been doing it for 10 years. She also alters the exercises based on our capabilities. So if we have arthritis she changes the exercise. We pay $65 for private classes. They have senior person’s discount and if we do classes with other people, the price comes down.
Description of Work: We use The Alternative Fitness Studio for Pilate class. The last time we used them was today.
