Have studied Pilates with Andrea for 14 years and would not go to anyone else. Pilates keeps your whole body in

It is a really friendly and caring environment. She is very well trained and has been doing it for 10 years. She also alters the exercises based on our capabilities. So if we have arthritis she changes the exercise. We pay $65 for private classes. They have senior person’s discount and if we do classes with other people, the price comes down.
